Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed September 14, 2026
The short version. We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or other assistive technology. If something gets in your way, email info@signalcraftstrategies.com. We will work to fix it, and in the meantime get you the information another way.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. It is the standard most widely used to judge whether a website is accessible.
What we have done
In September 2026 we reviewed every page on the site at desktop and mobile sizes, and made fixes based on what we found. That review covered:
- Automated testing of every page against the WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 criteria that automated tools can check.
- Keyboard-only use of every page, including the Growth Scorecard, the hiring cost calculator, and each form.
- Color contrast for all text, including text over light and dark sections.
- Zoom and small screens: pages at 200% zoom and at 320 pixels wide, with no sideways scrolling.
- Reading preferences: increased text spacing, and reduced motion for people who turn animation off.
Changes that came out of it include a “Skip to main content” link, visible keyboard focus on links, buttons, and form fields, clearer form errors, announcements when calculator and scorecard results change, and higher-contrast text throughout.
Known limitations
- Booking a call uses Calendly, a third-party service we do not control. If it does not work for you, email us and we will schedule the conversation directly.
- The Growth Scorecard and hiring cost calculator need JavaScript to calculate results. Without it, the scorecard questions are still readable, and we are glad to talk through them with you.
- Screen reader testing has so far used automated checks of labels, headings, and announcements. Hands-on testing with screen readers is in progress, and this statement will be updated when it is complete.
Browsers and assistive technology
The site is built with standard HTML so it can work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with built-in screen readers and magnifiers. Hands-on screen reader testing is still in progress (see Known limitations).
Report a problem or ask for another format
If any part of the site is difficult to use, or you need something in a different format, email info@signalcraftstrategies.com. It helps to include the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use, but none of that is required.
We aim to reply within 5 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you and work with you to get the information or service another way in the meantime.
Keeping it accessible
We check new pages and page templates before they are published, and we plan to review the whole site at least once a year. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent review.
