Growth Scorecard

The Growth Scorecard is a free five-minute assessment for owners whose growth has stalled. Twenty questions score your business across four stages — Found, Trusted, Chosen, Measured — because growth problems are usually one stage that never got built.

Why these four stages, and in this order

Most growth problems are not marketing problems. They are a specific stage that never got built, and the stages depend on each other in sequence. A business that cannot be found never gets the chance to be trusted. One that is trusted but has no repeatable way to turn interest into signed work is not reliably chosen. And a business that cannot measure what produced revenue is guessing about all three.

Scoring each stage separately is the point. A total tells you how you are doing; the stage scores tell you what to do next — which is almost always the earliest stage scoring low, not the most interesting one.
